Who We Are
The Center for Stress, Anxiety, and Mood (CSAM) is a private therapy and consulting service in Summit, NJ. We are committed to improving the lives of children, adolescents, and adults striving to make the most of their lives. We specialize in providing therapeutic services that are based on the best available research evidence, in order to provide the highest-quality psychological care for you.
Consistent with that mission, our treatment approach largely makes use of behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies. Our work is also informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, mindfulness, and acceptance models. When you work with our practitioners, therapy will be collaborative, focused on your goals, and action-oriented.
